EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR CLUB SERVICE

APPLICATION FORM

THIS APPLICATION IS DUE APRIL 15TH

 Eligibility Criteria for the Applicant:

  •  Personal service to the Water Mill Community Club during your high school years.
  •  Membership of the applicant’s family in the WMCC for at least 36 consecutive months prior to April 15th.
  • Character (demonstrated by honesty and participation in WMCC and community activities). 
  • Citizenship (demonstrated by participation in school and community activities).
  • Achievement (demonstrated by effort to succeed).

 

Regulations for Granting the Award

Each scholarship shall be an award payable directly to the institution the recipient attends.
